Service Description

Exploring the causes for emotional distress, can be a scary and daunting process. But you don't have to do it alone. We will cautiously navigate your emotions, the logical reasons for your emotions, and find healthier, more balanced solutions that will allow you to rise above your discomfort. I specialize in individual therapy for individuals over the age of 13. Sessions are billed at $240 for the initial session and $220 thereafter and are on average 50 minutes.
